How to check Call Logs in your Client portal

How to check Call Logs in your Client portal:

  • Go to


  • Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)

  • Click on the Call Logs tab

  • Use the Search tool to check the calls made and received. 

  • In this example, we want to see all calls in November.

    1. Click on the circle SELECT BY MONTH
    2. Click on All Calls
    3. Click on Search

  • The page will now display the call log for the month of November

    Note: The summary of the calls and the cost will also be displayed at the bottom of the page.
