How can I create and record a phrase?

You can create and record a phrase by doing the following:

 

       

 

  • Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)

    

 

  • Once logged in go to the Manage Phone System tab

      

 

  • Go to Phrases and click the drop down menu and choose Add Phrase

       

 

  • Enter your desired name for the Phrase and click on Add (In this scenario; we'll use the name After Office Hours)

      

 

  • After clicking the Add button it will show you the following information as shown in the example below

       

     NOTE: Follow the voice prompt for options.
