Below are the list of functions or actions for extensions:
- Set how long you would like your phones to ring

- Set or enable extensions that you would like to ring when calls come in (all extensions or individually)

- Add time conditions that are set to work daily or time based rules (e.g. 08:00:00-19:00:00 / Monday-Friday)

- Add time conditions that are time and date specific or period based rules (e.g. 08:00:00-19:00:00 / 2013-10-03 2013-10-10)

- Assign calls to go to your extension's voicemail email address (e.g. 2295867026 - John Citizen: john@citizen.com)

- Assign calls to go to your IVR or Auto Attendant

- Divert calls to an external number it can be a landline or a mobile number (e.g. 61212345678 or 61466778899)

- Calls can be diverted to a different group or extension (e.g. DID 61212345678 or Ext 2295867026)

- Assign calls to be diverted to listen to a Phrase

- It has a Hangup function when needed

- Use the Delete function when you want to remove a row or action
