This article will guide you on how to send a Rejection Code Complex Service notice.
1. Search for the account in Salesforce.
2. Once the account has been located. Click on SEND AN EMAIL under ACTIVITY HISTORY.
3. Click on SELECT TEMPLATE.
4. Choose LNP REJECTION COMPLEX.
5. In the subject field, add the number that was rejected.
6. Also, add the number in the body of the message.
7. Click on SEND and you're done.
