When a client wants to order a new DID.

Note: Take the money from the account first.

1. Let Robert know that client is getting a new number, send account number and location of the number.

2. Wait for Robert to allocate the number.

3. Add the DID given by Robert in iBES, note for 1300/1800 rate is 0.066 to be indicated under "Inbound Selling Rate per Minute" when adding it in iBES.

4. Go to IBES and enter the account number or company name

5. Then after pulling up the contact info, go to Services Tab.

6. Then go to Inbound Numbers Tab

7. Enter the number that Robert has allocated in the Add DID column. Again if its a local number no need to change the rate. But if it is a 1800/1300 numbers rate is 0.066. After adding the number click on the Add or Update box.

8. Now you would see that the number you have added is on the My Numbers List.

9. Next thing to do is to send an email to the Customer via Salesforce. Search for the account in Salesforce.

10. Once you have the account check under Contacts for you to know where to send the email.

11. Once you have that, click the Send an Email button.

12. A new window would pop out. On the Send to part type in the name of the Owner of the company. Then Click on Select Template, look for the template New number Allocated.

Note: Once the template auto generates. Make sure to change the (+) and add the number plus the + sign.

13. Send the Welcome to Gridare Email. Complete task as needed.
