How to Reset your Client Portal Password
- Click on "Password" link in the line that says Recover my Username or Password section.
- Enter Username and the email address associated with your Gridare account.
- Click on the “Recover” button.
- Check your email inbox. You should receive an email from Gridare regarding the steps on how to reset your password.
Click on the link to open the Password Reset page.
- In the Password Reset page, enter your new chosen password in both "Password" and "Confirm" boxes.
- Click on "Reset Password".
After resetting, you can now go back to my.gridare.com. Enter your username and the new password.
