How to activate Do Not Disturb in your Yealink T28 phone

The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to reject all incoming calls. Incoming calls will be shown as missed calls. This can be useful when you are away from your desk.


Note: There are two ways to enable DND on your phone whether you have one or multiple SIP accounts saved in the phone.


If you only have one account on your phone:

• Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• The phone is in DND mode as soon as you see  on the display.
  
  
  
  

To Disable the function, simply press the DND soft key again. The  on the display will disappear. 




If you have more than one account in your phone:

If you have more than one account in your phone, you can select which account you want to reject incoming calls. You can also select all accounts if you want to reject all incoming calls.

To reject all incoming calls:

• Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle.

Press on Save soft key

• The phone is in DND mode as soon as you see  on the display.
  
  

To select which account you want to reject incoming calls: 

• Press the DND soft key when the phone is idle.
  
  
  
  
  
• Select the account using the arrow keys then press Enter soft key
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Press the Switch soft key to enable DND
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Press Save soft key
  
  
  
  
  
• DND mode is enabled as soon as you see  on the corresponding account.
