The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature allows you to reject all incoming calls. Incoming calls will be shown as missed calls. This can be useful when you are away from your desk.
Note: There are two ways to enable DND on your phone whether you have one or multiple SIP accounts saved in the phone.
If you have more than account in the phone:
If you have more than one account in your phone, you can select which account you want to reject incoming calls. You can also select all accounts.
Note: If you press All On soft key, DND will be activated on all accounts.
If you activate DND on an account, the associated line icon will change to , and the will also appear on the status bar. Incoming calls on the specific line will be rejected automatically, and the LCD screen will prompt "New Missed Call(s)". See example below:
To Deactivate DND, simply press the DND soft key again. Select the specified account then use the left arrow soft key to select OFF. The icon will disappear.
