How To Transfer a Call Using your Yealink T46 Phone

You can transfer a call to another party in one of three ways:



Blind Transfer:
 Transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.

Semi-Attended Transfer: Transfer a call when the target phone is ringing.

Attended Transfer: Transfer a call with your prior consulting.

 

 

Blind Transfer

  • During an active call, press the Transfer soft Key. This puts the current call on hold.




  • Enter the phone number or extension number to whom you want to transfer the call. (e.g extension 123)




  • Press the Transfer soft key again to transfer the call. 



 

Semi-Attended Transfer

  • During an active call, press the Transfer soft Key. This puts the current call on hold.




  • Enter the phone number or extension number to whom you want to transfer the call. (e.g extension 123)




  • Push the OK button  to dial out.
  • When you hear the line ringing, press the Transfer soft key again.


 

Attended Transfer

  • During an active call, press the Transfer soft Key. This puts the current call on hold.








  • Enter the phone number or extension number to whom you want to transfer the call. (e.g extension 123)




  • Push the OK button  to dial out.
  • When the other party answers, let them know that you will be transferring a call. 
  • Press the Transfer soft key again to complete the Call Transfer.
