If you haven't already, download MicroSIP from https://www.microsip.org/downloads
Click on the filename to download the exe. Once, it has completed downloading, double click on the file to start the installation process. Once the installation process is complete, MicroSIP should open.
Click on the little down arrow button. This will bring up a menu.
Click on the Add Account Option.
Fill in the fields as show above. Replace username with the actually username Fantel has given you and please enter the provided Password in the Password field. Please note there are two places where you need to enter the username. Next to Username and Login field. Then click Save.
Then click on the little down arrow again and this time click Settings.
Put a tick next to STUN Server and enter stun.fantel.com.au:3478 in the field. And then select RFC2833 next to DTMF Method. Then click Save.
Then you're done. Dial 600 for an echo test.
