If you haven't yet, download Zoiper 5 from https://www.zoiper.com/en/voip-softphone/download/current
Then after the download is finished, click on the folder icon next to the Zoiper filename. This will open folder where the exe file was downloaded into and double click to execute the installation.
It may ask you if you want this app to make changes to devices, click YES.
Continue through the installation process
Accepting the agreement
It's your decision whether you want to add a desktop shortcut. Continue by clicking Next.
Click Next.
Select your computers CPU structure, 32 Bit or 64 Bit.
Make this app accessible to all users.
Then you're ready to install.
Click Finish. Then open the Zoiper.
Search in the search field for Zoiper5 and click on the app to open it.
If you don't have a license, you can click on "Continue as a Free user".
If you get this, click on Allow.
In the username field, type your in the following format username and then enter your password. Click Login.
Then enter sip.gridare.com:5060 and click Next.
Skip this section
Wait until testing is done and then select SIP UDP and then click Skip.
Click YES.
Enter your username and make sure you have SIP selected, then click on Create Account.
Then you're done, just click on the X.
To test. please dial 600 for echo test.
