On the Main screen of the application:
Android: Select the Menu (⋮) > Settings > Accounts.
iOS: Open the Keypad tab, then select Settings (⚙️) > SIP Accounts or Accounts.
On the Accounts screen, select the + (Plus) icon.
Select Generic SIP Account or New SIP Account.
Enter a Title (e.g., "Work" or "Home"), your Username, Password, and SIP Domain.
Before saving, you must configure how the app handles your network connection to ensure two-way audio:
Scroll down to the Advanced or Network Settings section within the account setup.
Locate NAT Traversal and select STUN.
In the STUN Server text field, enter the address provided by us.
Tip: If you don't have one, a common public option is
stun.l.google.com:19302.
Select the Checkmark (✔) or Save button at the top of the screen.
The new account will now appear on the Accounts screen.
Select Back several times to return to the Main screen.
Look at the SIP service icon in the top left corner:
Solid Green: Your account is registered and STUN is successfully punching through your firewall.
Red/Empty: Check your internet connection or verify your SIP credentials and STUN address for typos.
You are now ready to make calls with the softphone.
