How to submit a ticket to Gridare Ticketing system

Note: Only registered users can submit a ticket to Gridare.

• Using your Internet browser, go to https://help.gridare.com
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Click on the Submit a ticket link
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Enter your username and password then click on the Login button
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Select the department where you wish to send your ticket then click on Next button
  
  
  
  
  
  
• You will now be able to write your message 
  
  Note: You can also use the Add File button to attach files in your ticket.
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Click on the Submit button to lodge your ticket.
