How to check Call Logs in your Client portal:
Go to
https://my.gridare.com/
Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)
Click on the
Call Logs
tab
Use the Search tool to check the calls made and received.
In this example, we want to see all calls in November.
1. Click on the circle
SELECT BY MONTH
2. Click on
All Calls
3. Click on
Search
The page will now display the call log for the month of November
Note
: The summary of the calls and the cost will also be displayed at the bottom of the page.
