How to recover your Client Portal username:
Using your Internet browser, go to
my.gridare.com
Click on "Username" link in the line that says "Recover my Username or Password".
Enter the email address associated with your Gridare account.
Click on the “Recover” button.
If the email address you've entered matches our records, your username will be displayed in the "User" section.
