How to recover your Client Portal username:

  • Using your Internet browser, go to my.gridare.com




  • Click on "Username" link in the line that says  "Recover my Username or Password".





  • Enter the email address associated with your Gridare account.





  • Click on the “Recover” button.





  • If the email address you've entered matches our records, your username will be displayed in the "User" section.
