How to Delete Rows in MyGridare Portal

• Go to https://my.gridare.com/

• Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)

• Click on "Manage Phone System" tab
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Select the Group where you want to delete the row from
  
  
  
  
  
• In this example, we would like to delete the first row. Click on the dropdown menu shown below and choose Delete
• Once the row is deleted, click on the Save button
  
  
  
  
  
  That's it! You should now be able to delete the rows from your Gridare portal.
