1. Search for and install Linphone in Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Once installed, run it. Run the Assistant and select USE SIP ACCOUNT.
3. Enter your username, password and domain in their respective fields. Make sure UDP is selected for the TRANSPORT. Then Click Login button.
Ensure that battery optimization is disabled for Linphone in your Android settings to allow it to run in the background.
For iPhone users, make sure the Background App Refresh for Linphone is turned on.
