How to Set Up Automatic Top Up

This article will illustrate how to set up an automatic top up on an account.

Note: It is recommended to have the customer do it from their end to ensure they are knowledgeable on how to do it in the future.


1. Ask the customer to log in to their account in

2. On the ACCOUNTING tab, under AUTOMATIC TOP UPS, the rule should be set on when a top up will be automatically processed if the credit reaches the stated amount. The Credit Balance is stated in GREEN ON TOP.


3. The TOP UP amount can be manually configured, this will be the amount to be debited from the credit card when the credit threshold is reached.


4. Click on the drop-down menu beside activate and choose YES and click on SAVE.


Note: Always make sure that the Credit Card on file has not reached its expiry date for the automatic pop up to be processed.
