How do I update or change the credit card information on my account?

You can update or change the credit card information on your account by doing the following:

• Go to https://my.gridare.com/

• Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)

• Once logged in go to the Accounting tab

• Under Update Credit Card Details; click the drop down menu and choose the Card Type

• Put in the Name on Card

• Put in the Credit Card No.

• Put in the Expiry Date using the format MMYY (e.g. 1016)

• Put in the CCV (last 3 digits located at the back of your credit card) and click on Save to save your credit card information
