How can I add an extension?

You can add an extension by doing the following:

• Go to https://my.gridare.com/

• Log in using your Account ID: e.g. G12345 & the password sent to you by Gridare (which you can see from the Gridare Welcome Email)

• Once logged in go to the Manage Phone System tab

• Go to Extensions; click the drop down menu and choose Add Extension

• It will ask you to fill in the following information for your new extension: Name, Contact Phone and Email

• Click the drop down menu; choose Yes to accept the monthly charge

• Click on Create to add a new extension
